Turn left onto US-89 N.
Turn right onto S. 1050 E.
Take the 1st left onto Chambers St.

From the North Ogden area
Head east on 24th st. toward Grant Ave.
Take the 3rd right onto US-89 S/Washington Blvd.
Turn left onto 850 E.
Take the 1st right onto Chambers St.
Surgery Center at South Ogden will be on the right.
From the Morgan area
Get on I-84 west bound.
Follow I-84 to US-89 N in Weber County, take exit 87B from I-84.
Follow US-89 N to Chambers St. in South Ogden.
Merge onto US-89 N.
Turn right onto S 1050 E.
Take the 1st left onto Chambers St.
Surgery Center at South Ogden will be on the left.
From the Roy / Clearfield Area
Get on I-15 Northbound.
Follow I-15 to UT-26 E/W Riverdale Rd. in Weber County.
Take exit 339 to merge onto UT-26 E/W Riverdale Rd. toward I-84 E
Continue on UT-26 E/W Riverdale Rd. to US-89 S/S Washington Blvd.
Turn right onto E 40th St.
Turn right onto US-89 S/S Washington Blvd.
Turn left onto 850 E.
Take 1st right onto Chambers St.
Surgery Center at South Ogden will be on the right.
From the Brigham City Area
Get on I-15 Southbound.
Take exit 341 for Utah 79/31st. Street.
Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Weber State University/Hospital.
Turn left onto 31st St/W 3300 S.
Turn right onto Wall Ave.
Continue across Riverdale Rd.
Turn right onto E 40th St.
Turn right onto US-89 S/S Washington Blvd.
Turn left onto 850 E.
Take 1st right onto Chambers St.
Surgery Center at South Ogden will be on the right.
From the Bountiful Area
Get on I-15 northbound.
Merge right onto US-89.
Continue on US-89 approximately 10.5 miles
Turn right onto S. 1050 E.
Take the 1st left onto Chambers St.
