He completed a three-year surgical residency program with Intermountain Medical Center, Salt Lake City, Utah, with extensive training in foot and ankle surgeries.
Shortly after residency, Dr. Woolley published articles on minimally invasive treatment of Morton’s Neuroma and Plantar Fasciitis. He is one of only a handful of surgeons in the nation that is trained on Endoscopic Tarsal Tunnel Decompression.
